Are there hub leaders on the board you are inquring about?
If so, ask them why not.
Not all HL's will remove a flagged post either unless there is a clear rule violation.
If it sits idle long enough it might make it to Agoracom admin and the same issue occurs...should it be removed or not?
Also, FYI...unless you send a post and click the button up top "question to Agoracom" they won't even see it. They don't monitor this hub but occasionally.
