This was posted here and is self explanitory.

For several years, many have had concerns about star voting and rank. I did this "survey", meaning if you agree thumb the post.

Recently on one of my hubs, a few people felt new members, or pryor members who's membership were closed then they returned, were responsible for lack of a better description, "malicious voting."

I know of two HL's thus far that admin looked into this and corrected their account. My hat is off to admin.
