On my hub, when a HL is hit with a violation, another HL or Agora will handle it. Any violation is a private matter between the posting member and the one processing it. If a community wants to know why a post or person is removed then they can PM Agora and it will be reviewed. No one person should be called out in public. HL's are held to a high standard and are accountable to Agora. Privileges are given and can be taken away. No one is God here. A pretty good system, but like everything it will have a flaw or two. Generally the community will blow the whistle on odd behavior and it is corrected on high. We are self correcting in that regard.
