You are correct.

HL's with an "agenda" be it pro or con about a stock, are eventually stripped of their role.

I have seen several even be banned by admin, after enough evidence to support it justifies that action.

HL's are bound to the 6 simple to follow rules like anyone else, and special treatment should not be tolerated by anyone.
