Webs, I don't care if someone doesn't contribute. We come here to learn and discuss and, where one can, contribute. Rooting out bashers imho is very effectively handled thru the agora system. While they may still lurk in the shadows, they need to be careful of what they say and that isolates the problem and might even help us be better at our own DD. I do not see the need for a self appointed 'sherrif' to rail away at other posters. It accomplishes NOTHING.

Indeed, harrassement does need to be defined, please look at RogueWolf's recent posts on exactly that topic.

I have seen the posts that have lobed bombs in your direction and, yes, there are lines crossed in cases, but I have to admit, I don't have a clue as to what the whole thread is about and my context is unclear. I don't necessarily see my role as Hub Leader to report everything that pops up but rather to adjudicate on the reports filed. I'll take some time to review the last day+ posts and revisit your concern. We have 9 hub leaders so I feel it is not always my role to do all the heavy lifting (if you know what i mean) - a diversity of moderating is more healthy.

Please flag (report) the posts of most concern to you and I am sure that the HL's will act accordingly.
