This issue is why I sent Agoracom my thoughts a while back.

Go to top rated messages, click all time, and you will see what was said. If you agree, thumb it please. It's at the top of the list.

If you care to copy the post and put it on your hubs for a ya or na thumb vote, be my guest. In the next 30 days I will resend it to Agoracom and show the level of support, then ask that this be implimented. Copy/paste the link of the post on your sites.

It does not solve the multiple alias issue, but it will all but eliminate malicious voting practices.
