I thought providing my views on this subject might allow other HL's to give consideration before doing exactly what you and I would not do, as well as provide an opportunity for other HLs to show me that my thinking is flawed.

I was certainly not my intention to change your views or even argue them one way or the other. However, so far, I remain unconvinced that there is any value to allowing HL's that much leeway.
