Posted on competing boards prior to hearing about AGORACOM for 8 or 9 years.

Early on at this investment hub, I made many mistakes post content wise, being used to the free for all, mud slinging style that was allowed at other places.

On occasion, AGORACOM Management stepped in and explained what was acceptable and what was not. After a few friendly hand slaps, which was done in a professional manner, I understood what this place stood for...the six rules etc.

Recently, there was disruption by opposing sides that could not get under control on one of my hubs where I and others were HL's, and management had to make a tough move to make a point.

After a required "cooling off" period, a compromise was made by both sides, and the hub is restored to what it should be. We are all being more tolerant, yet the rules will be enforced if need be, with AGORACOM having the final say so, NOT the HL's. After all, these hubs are their property.....they grant us use.

Bottom line for me, at the end of the day, management makes the correct decision.
