Thank you for your suggestion. The purpose of the banning tool is to be used either to remove paid spammers from your investor controlled community's, or as a measure of last resort to remove consistently disruptive members.

The tool was not designed as a program for HUB Leaders or Community members to create selective restrictions on other members with regards to where these members can post.

We will shelve this suggestion for now, and open it up to consideration in a future update.
