I had several very helpfull PM's regarding this matter.

Another Hub Leader who takes a zero tolerance approach simply banned the offender. We've spoken about it and feel we have a good forum with mostly good information exchange. The odd time we go off topic out of boredom but it is mostly productive.

The ban is meant to keep the board as clean as possible and to discourage people with a chip on thier shoulder having a soap box.

I appreciate all the help.
