Some of the things I feel members/hub leaders should consider is how the company is doing re: press releases, vol/pps, financials to name a few, as to what tolerance level each forum feels acceptable.

At times when a stock is not doing so hot, posters vent, but there's a huge difference between venting and bashing the company and insulting posters, ala breaking any of the 6 rules.

Some people feel these boards should allow free speech...if that were the case Agoracom whould have only one rule right? In fact, free speech is NOT allowed here, so if that is what a poster wants, go to Raging Bull and blab to your hearts content.

It's not what is said but how it is said for me anyway.

A positive supporter of a company can have a bad day now and then as well.

Each hub eventually sets a "base line" as posters agendas and personalities are understood, then do what they feel best be it warning someone via PM to tone it down, flag posts that are clear violations as a business, not personal decision, and ban if needed after ample warning....then there are times a single post can be sufficient for banning.

No cut and dry approach is my point, and my opinion.
