is there a way to create a "top messages for all hubs in the agoracom community" button?

i believe if this was accessible to all members it might create a stir in companies that many normally dont follow. many of the "top rated" messages are based on early information and press releases from known and respected members. i think if members could see the top messages for the day it might give them an early jump on info that moves stocks.
