May I offer a comment....

Duplicate posts occur when the poster clicks the submit button more than once, and it happens all the time. You can delete a duplicate yourself withing 5 minutes.

The other comment...don't know.

HL's can also delete duplicate at any time, providing the poster is mail room or treas rank.
