There are HL's who are in effect being a "snitch" and advising those who are not HL's, who cannot access and read the violation tab, who are violating their posts and processing them as a violation or ignore.

I trust this is more clear...

Please advise if this is unethical conduct of a HL, and are there any rules in place to deal with such?
