Is it considered a TOS or rule violation, for a HL to provide information to a non-HL, who is flagging his/her posts and how they are being processed, to include the comments posted by the flagging party?
If not, does AGORACOM consider it unethical conduct and grounds to discipline the HL or even remove him/her of this appointed role?
I gave thought to sending this question to the general contact e-mail, but suspect if this concerns me it may concern others.
Passing on information of this sort allows the party receiving a violation to disrupt the forum by a public display, challenging the decisions being made by the board/HL's, who's goal is to keep the forum clean and free of those who violate the rules.
Thank you, DISCHINO.
