IMO, the forums are set up for the members and especially hub leaders, to control their own destiny. If everyone stays within the 6 rules, and if not, the members/HL's dish out some push back via reporting violations, Agoracom won't have to "police" the boards.

The PTSC hub got so out of control, Agoracom had to appoint itself as a HL, remove posts, and now members will get banned if past behavior continues.
