I also have a friend who is an attorney...criminal defense drug cases.

He either gets his client off scott free on a technicality, or a reduced fine and sentance.

It's his job to minimize the "pain" when someone breaks the law.

So, it's not over til it's over, and IMO, a 1st offense if proven by the OSC, does not mean total destruction, but maybe a heavy fine.

Just an opinion.....

I too do not care for the other boards.
