I have been using this when I see a new member, or a name I don't recognize, or one that I do but a person who seldom posts, and found a match.

It allowed me to ask politely, "are you related to XXXXX?"

No reply yet, don't espect any issues as the post history is just fine, but it does draw attention to both posters and alerts them of the find.
