Thanks BUT that isn't what I asked. My question was "When did the powers of presidents change that allowed a president to manage a violation by another president on the NOT board?"
I was under the impression that presidents couldn't manage violations where the reported person was a president. That this was a job for the Admin. This impression came the rule that a president is not able to delete other presidents posts. Logically why would I be able to process a violation report and determine that it was OK and post an ignore violation if I can't determine that it isn't and delete it?
There is a case on NOT where a President reported a violation for another President and a third President processed the violation and determined it wasn't a violation and posted it as 'Ignore Violation'. It should not have been handled by a president.
SO what is the actual rule and where do I find it on the site?
