Thank you for your inquiry and your subsequent response. When we launched our paradigm shifting model of Investor Controlled forums nearly two years ago, this forum was setup as a resource for Hub Leaders at the time to find great resources of information about the functions of the site, as well as to discuss any shortcomings they encounter when moderating a forum.

It's pretty clear that our site has grown at enormous rates since those days and with that growth we have been working on improving our site.

The first step being the much requested threaded view and we are very happy to have developed a functioning and fluid version of this popular forum application for our members.

Our next step was to address the community so we created a new algorithm for our senior ranks - namely Vice Presidents, Presidents and Hub Leaders.

With our New Upgrade. it is now a requirement that a member holds a minimum rating of 3.0 to attain the rank of Vice President, a minimum rating of 3.3 in order to attain the rank of President, and rating of at least 3.7 to attain the status of Hub Leader within AGORACOM.

Which brings us to why a Treasurer member found themselves on the Hub for Forum Leaders. The HUB for Forum Leaders is a Hub that can be publicly accessed; it's not hidden or restricted access. In fact and as DISCHINO mentioned one can search for the Hub via google and anyone who has access to the Hubs hyperlink (http://www.AGORACOM.com/ir/ForumLeaders) can post a message on it.

It's not unusual where a web savvy member posts on the Hub Leader Forum. For the greater part this is what we want as one of our mandates is to help the Investment Community Grow - and any insight from any member are always welcome.

If you would like to find out how one attained access to the forum, feel free to ask the member, or we can do so on your behalf.

Our guess would be either:

a) Clicked on the Forum Leader Hyperlink when viewing a Senior Members Post History or

b) Provided the link via PM from a Hub Leader

To prevent this from happening in the future, we could impose a limit on who can post (e.g. only VP's and Presidents can post on that Hub). Or make the link to the Hub not attainable, unless you are both a President/Hub Leader and are logged into AGORACOM.

With our new hosting company, Amazon, we will be in a position to realize many updates, tweaks and features for our dear community members, and we look forward to your feedback, comments and suggestions as we work together to build the best small cap community of investors on the net.
