Absolutely,

It is unacceptable that folks dive bomb over to Agoracom from other boards to post one or two messages attacking positions held by others on the Hubs, give low ratings and then disappear forever. I am also amazed at the incredible trampoline ratings that often bounce members from President to VP and back again with no apparent change in the contribution of that person to the Hub. I have written on this subject on Hubs as well as directly to the Hub managers suggesting that the system either should be changed or given less rather than more weight in determining rank.
