Actually, there's a flaw in the system.

A HL can remove mail room and treas posts. We can ban mail room, and I think treas, but by then the person is probably legit.

What this guy does, is not post at 1st. He flags, votes scores down, and when we catch him by looking at the manage vio tab, only Agora can ban him, via a msg to Andreas, which I have done once.

It's a shame to have to take these actions, but people who's entire goal is to disrupt, flag, drop scores, send vulgar PM's for 1-2 days, then either post once and get banned, or Agora do it, there's no other choice.
