I am tossing this idea out to all hub leaders in our ongoing battle to keep the boards litter free

My wwf hub has always been a challenge. Our 5 leaders are always not available, nor see eye to eye. On occasion a poster has been banned and the poop hits the fan,causing a supreme decision made by andreas at AG.This undermines the 'investor control' and causes rifts within the hub

Discussion amongst leaders is not always possible and sometimes results in unpoppular and palate testing decisions

My suggestion is that we have an alternative to knee jerk and emotional reactions by yes, our own emotional decisions.

It would be a suspension category

More than a warning..less than a ban

A cooling off period and time for hub leaders to exchange opinions and make a majority decision on the poster

I welcome all input, from both hub leaders and all posters to this adjustment in the Ag system

I believe this would make for a better and more hassle free system

A suspension would include loss of posting priveledge for the duration, with a maximum of 30 days. If the suspension is that serious , then the poster should be banned

When a new poster signs on, he/she is aware of the rules. Disregard to this agreement, especially repeated and flagrant should not be tolerated
