Adding info to the Recent Updates section of the hub

When one selects the Press Release radio button, how does the info posted get categorized? For example if all we have is the Press release radio button, how would a Corporate Update or an Industry bulletin or Broadcast be entered, must we use a specific title? Currently there are 4 separate iconed update possibilities but only one radio button for one of the updates?
