Good Afternoon Chilbear.
Thank you for your inquiry. Are you refering to the blocks found on a Hubs homepage (such as fast facts, recent updates etc)? If so the reason we designed the Hubs as such is to present to new visitors with as much relevant information as possible when they first visit the Hubs landing page. If for example one is looking for some quick corporate facts, they will find all that information under the fast facts area of the Hub.
If they are here to post a message on the Forum boards, then they would follow the link to the discussion board. If you notice there are no Fast Facts, Recent Update boxes in the Discussion forum, as it is assumed that those already in the discussion board are not looking for Fast Facts, or Recent Updates information.
Our threading/List views depicts over 30 messages or threads per page once you are viewing the Discussion Forum page. Should you wish to view Fast Fact information, a simple click of the "Hub Home" button takes you back to the Hub's landing page.
We setup our Hubs this way using a Pure Navigation system; in a manner that every piece of information relevant to the web visitor can be accessed by one simple click.
We will look into the possibility of adding an expand/collapse script on the boxes found on Hubs landing page as it may be of use to our audience.
Thanks again for your message and for your great feedback.
Kind Regards,
AGORACOM
