Thank you for your inquiry. AGORACOM admins are alerted whenever a member receives a string of consecutive 1's or 5's; as such we are very well aware of exactly which members are abusing our rating system. Rest assured that those records are deleted, and in instances, IP addresses blocked. Because a members rating is integral to a members rank, the instances where someone has manufactured their status to Hub Leader are eliminated.
