Is it possible for a group of negative posters to sign-up to agora and in a consorted effort ... ie., to collaborate on a board and bump each other up via the star-ratings into hub-leader status therefor ruining a board.

I guess anythings possible if the existing HLs don't utilize the ranking mechanism also - anyway I feel this is trying to happen on the edig board.
