Wanted to post a news release on WSR Hub but company press release wasn't available from drop down menu. Why?

Previously you had stated -

"To post a Company Press Release on any Shareholder Community Hub, simply follow the same steps you would as if you were to post a new message. Before hitting the "Submit" button, make sure the "Company Press Release" option is selected from the drop down menu. The drop down menu can be found next to the Text "Type:" and its default is "General Discussion".
