Thank you for your inquiry. The "President Plus" title is attained by making over 100 posts within a single Hub whilst maintaining a rating of 3.5 and up.

Members titled President Plus enjoy no more authority than any other member ranked as President; it is merely a designation of their contributions within one or more particular Hubs.
