Thank you for your message. The reason the message was lost is an issue with the server timing out. At any given point of the day our server is processing thousands of different processes and times out.
We underwent significant server updates last night to minimize these instances from happening. Our technical team is also working on resolving this issue as well as the other issues with HTML code appearing in the body of your message as text. The text wrapper/preview menu will be ready sometime this afternoon.
