Site Suggestions

I have a few suggestions and comments about the site which I believe could be improved. Hopefully this isn't taken the wrong way, it is meant to be constructive. I greatly enjoy this site but I believe these modifications would make the experience even better. Some are more important than others.
1) While viewing your mail inbox you cannot get back to the forum without using the search function, all the side menus dissapear.
2) It would be nice if you could delete your own post without having to make a request. Occasionally people paste text into posts or make mistakes and they cannot remove the posts with erros
3) There is no way to view my ignore list. If I was to ignore a person for a while the is no way to remove them from the list (none that I can find anyway)
4) You cannot post a new message without viewing the full discussion first. Is there a reason for this?
5) The ranking system is only geared to give positive recommendations. I believe there should be a thumbs down or some other mechanism for giving negative feedback as it isn't always warrented to remove a post but sometimes the content is negative or questionable.
6) Could a counter be implemented that shows the number of times a post has been viewed?
7) It would be VERY useful to have current news listed somewhere. Ideally it would be nice to have a news area where you can see all news releases for all companies(and specifc news within each hub). However if this isn't possible, just having the up to date news for the specific company within each hub would be good too. Leaving it up to the users to post news doesn't work all the time. I find myself using StockHouse or Marketwire to read the news and Agoracom to chat about it. It would be good to do everything in one place.
I'm sure some of these functions may be in development already but those are some of the major ones that I can see. There are others but I don't want to sound like I'm complaining.
Hopefully that helps in some way. If you would like any other feedback I would be glad to provide it, just drop me a line.
cheers.
Gamblor.
