Hi, Red and thanks for the question. As you know, we have some strict requirements to become a HUB Leader. As such, if we find a HUB Leader that fulfills the requirement, we will go ahead and add them onto a HUB.
Existing HUB Leaders will see the following:
- A post announcing the HUB Leader
- An e-mail message to existing HUB Leaders
At the end of the day, it is in everyone's best interest to have as many qualified people on board as possible. Ideally, we would like to have 3-5 HUB Leaders for every HUB.
