I hope you are all enjoying your specific forums as I am!

However, I have encountered a member at the Plexmar forum who is engaging me in some contention as he has done and continues to do on the stockhouse public forum. I believe he is in violation of the Terms & Conditions under this part of the section  "a. upload, post, email or otherwise transmit any Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable;..."

 Any suggestions would be appreciated!
