The volume for FVI (and FVIFI-the OTCBB version) continues to be 2 to 3 times over the average and the price keep driving upwards. Usually, when this happens, some big news breaks and the insiders have been accumulating in advance of the story. If that is the case, they will sell on the news.

If this time is really different, then the new price level wil stay put. We shall see.
