A little bit on the bright side

This company is in the services of oil rigs mostly ground ones and will benefit of the eventual turn around in oil prices. It`s got very new equipment in a industry where most have old unprodoctive eqip. If financing last long enough till oil restarts it should ibe in very good situation since many rigs have shut dow in the golf of mexico region. They are based around houston if i recall and they have signed late last year an agreement with pemex that should spur even more their business when the world starts breathing again.

They might also profit from the next stimulus package in the near future, big talk about every aspect of energy efficiency and independence in the states should profit to the industry.

Of course survival is key in this environment and cash is king.

The other aspect ot stimulus package that`s encouraging is all that talk about infrastructure should be a positive about energy needs. Furthermore in a month from now OPEC will meet on march 15 to decide on the need for more cuts adding an upward pressure on oil prices.

For sure this bearish train might not have come to a stop by now but it`s momentum seems to be slowing. 2.5 billion people in China and India have tasted a new wealth and they`re not about to be deny what we have taken for granted for so many years.

Oversupply in energy won`t last long we`re all so addicted, and high oil prices might be the only answer to our environment problems.

Forbes enery shall profit from it sometime in spring or summer at the latest.
