Bru,

I have replied to a similar message that you posted on SH. I repeat it here for other posters' information to let them form their own opinions.

Just want to make it crystal clear that you have stated in your blog that the pictures and claims map are provided to you by FMS, and not from the website that others would have access to. If you actually got them from the website then please provide the specific link, not just the general site.

Also, I do know how to contact CEO of various companies including FMS. You may want to note that I have encouraged Gary to have a make-over of FMS webpage (check back several months of SH posts). It was working out fine and Gary did manage to upgrade it after several months. So please don't provide that kind of "how to contact" lesson. It sounds patronizing, and in fact childish.

I have spent enough time on your blog.

goldhunter,

---------post from SH for other posters' info-----------

Bru,

First, I don’t quite understand your statement “I had assumed you were truly inboxing insincereity, and that you were actually looking for some answers. My offer inreturn to your request was that I would find whatever I could on the issues youhad raised. Just so we are really clear on this, that is exactly what I did. Ialso told you that I would probably post this in a post for my blog.

Areyou saying that we had some conversation by private inboxing (I don’t recallreceiving any private message from you)? Anyway, this is not important, butjust want to make it clear.

As a shareholder, I am trying to make sure that our companyis heading in the right direction and following normally acceptable practice indishing out information. Some of my posts contain critiques, but credits alsogiven for good contributions. Yes, I have used e-mail, phone, etc. to communicatewith many companies. Some with nice replies directly from CEOs , and some without abeep from CEOs and IR people. A couple of good examples: My suggestions for a complete make-over of the websites of a few companies, including FMS (go back to posts several months back to check this out), have resulted in acknowledgments of the needs from CEOs. In the case of FMS the new website finally came out after several months, but that's was fine. In other words I am not shy in contacting companies directly to pass along constructive critiques to the company top guys.

As indicated, you were quite successful in getting informationsuch as pictures and claims maps from the company (presumable they came from Gary). The fact that that you have the info is an achievement, and I have given youcredit for that. (BTW, what happened to your own camera, it quit during the Lac Knife trip?)

My comments were directed at the way the company release theinformation. The correct way to do that would be to release the information throughNRs and/or posting on FMS website for equal access and dissemination. Then you, me and others can pick it up fromthere for own use, writing blog, or just for own DD. Dishing outthe information only to an individual could be considered as unequal treatmentof shareholders. As well, this could be perceived as preferential treatment.

The aim of my post was not for insinuations. It simplyindicated potential perceptions from others of the situation. You canignore or give that some consideration..up to you. But if it were me, I would put it inpractice when requesting additional information (like drill maps and cores onneat trays in core shack, etc). I would ask the company to put them on thewebsite, if they feel appropriate, then I can refer to the website for thefactual information when I write my blogs or posts, etc. This way, other people can checkout my interpretation, opinions, get in meaningful discussions to learn from each others, and form their own conclusions, based on the same facts. This forum is not a place for throwing insults at each other. Impolite people can go away, we don't need them here.

As a friendly suggestion, your blog would receive betterreception if the volume of praise (to the company, Gary and others) is tuneddown a few notches. Your writing is good, but it does not have to go overboardto carry your intended message.
