If you go look at the bottom of the page you can see that 27.1 millions shares where "Acquisition or disposition pursuant to a take-over bid, merger or acquisition at price 0.19 per share."

pretty sure those are Robs shares from Fobi Suites, which is a big chunk of the 37.4 Milliom shares insiders owns.
