Been There, I am concerned that the "take over " will occur before FCU has the chance to release the next Resource Estimate....
With the SP at these lows, a suitor may see this a s a great time to make a low ball offer...
Cameco etc could make an offer today of $1. 75 and argue that is a 50% premium to shareholders...
There is a good chance that RPA could release a revised RE of 150M lbs in June and at $10/ lb in the ground that would equate to $5 per share.
At $1.75, there would likely be a counter offer of $1.90 but if accepted, they would be stealing the deposit.
In my (limited) experience, retail investors often get hosed in these circumstances....
