PS....I am starting to think that when the bid comes it will be a hostile bid.....

Everyone knows that Dev will not sell this cheap especially with recent results on land....

So companies will try to end run management hoping that shareholders will cave in to a low ball offer.....

If the short sellers keep driving the price back down to $1.20 or below, (the price should already be over $1.50), then shareholders will be more apt to accept $2.30, when indeed it should be at least $3.00....even now.....

It will be up to us shareholders to stay united and turn down a low ball offer.....
