Any thoughts on why FCU is trading under $1.20 when everone know there will be a buyout at over $2.00? Is it the timing of the buyout?

Also everone knows that the resource is actually 150M lbs or more and with all the drilling this winter it will be announced in June.

I don't get it but I will take it cause it gives me a chance to load up at these prices.
