Both Fission and Strathmore state on their web sites' 'company presentations' that Sprott owns ~19% of the companies.
I've looked at Sprotts 13F-HR (last one dated 3/31/08) and do not see either company llisted. Have also looked at Strotts SC 13G back to '04 and do not see either company listed there.
