Thanks W, that makes complete and the most sense...

33 million shares sold and 16.5 share purchase warrants exercised (at $1.10) for ~50.6 million shares traded.

Explains why the SP didn't drop despite the unloading of 33 million shares (we have grown so accustomed to seeing warrants exercised at much below the current SP with the ensuing " death spiral" of dilution and a downward pressure on the SP.
