Yes, I agree, the property is quite good. The issue remains: can Jim keep it under wraps and not give it away if this "blight" on the junior stock market continues. It costs significant money to hold a company for any length of time without income or other source of money to pay the "TSE Bandits" for simply existing... Can Jim weather the storm? Well, I am hoping (and betting) that he can. I haven't talked to him in forever but perhaps that needs to change in the not too distant future.

Is this a good property? I think it is. Can something be made out of it? Well, only time will tell. Time and dollars, of course. I would like to spend a few of those dollars myself as well and not hand it all over to the kids/grandkids. Like I said, only time will tell. Best of luck, my friend!!!
