And now we know why that last round of financing was cancelled... Anyone know more about BVN other than that they are a Major player out of Peru??? How good or bad is this news going to be. We keep a 30% interest in this claim and wait to see what BVN decides to do...

Well, I hope that Jim has some kind of idea or timeline on what is going to happen here with BVN. Are they planning to drill deep? Are they seriously looking to add to their mining operations? Will they get started this year in their exploration and how long will it take to see if they are going to make a go of this property???

Most importantly, are these guys "straight shooters" and if they do find something highly significant, will we be getting a fair share of what "should be" rightfully ours??? I'm not insinuating anything here. I'm just asking the questions... I have faith in Jim Voisin. Otherwise, I wouldn't be invested here. I just don't know enough about BVN...

So, exploration to continue and no more dilution of shares unless Jim wants to drill some holes in the Panda claim. Why that claim, Jim??? Is there something there that you saw on the joint flyovers that caught your eye? Well, I just hope you know what you are doing.

Now maybe all those who are wanting to keep us down under 10 cents to try to buy out the company in all the financings will go and suck on an extremely sour lemon... Just sayin'...

Best of luck to all of First Mexican Shareholders... May we be on the right path now...

Herb
