I had to think about this post for a few days before going ahead and posting my thoughts on the LATE FILING of Financials.

I do not intend to ruffle any feathers here but I must speak what is on my mind as I always have done......I don't intend to throw any stones with this post but...

I was told that it was an over site by our CFO.

Ok and one can have over sites....but this is bigger than Management and BOD are letting on; This Caused our First Mexican Corp. to be Halted......what does this say to New Investors thinking of coming on Board or even Financial Groups ask to particate in future P.P.'s. Not sure how all this will affect us (FMG) but maybe others with knowledge of this can tell me.

I worked for a Major Canadian Corporation and I was payed a Salary and also a Yearly BONUS my performance and all Departments and Staff performance too.

If my site or Departments, staff etc. had an over site, and it affected the Corporation (not even their stock to be halted) I was sent a letter from V.P. or President of the Corporation...and it for sure would affect my bonus & performance for the year.

F.M.G. just gave out Performance Bonuses (OPTIONS) to Employees and Board of Director.

Will this "Over site" affect their Performance or their Options for the year?

I am not up set with anyone in our Company ( I met our CFO) but I do not what this to be taken as just an over site....this was an important part of some ones position.
