I see it as a positive. Someone either wanted to, or was forced to sell some shares.

Either way you slice it, there was enough on the bid to scoop up 270k shares at .13 and leave another 30k on the bid there. This to me shows that .13 is the foundation and those who got shares there this morning are probably pretty happy.
