This is a very positive development. We now control the ship. This will open up options in the future that otherwise may not take place under a 80/20 JV...ie involvement of a major or possible takeover down the road...it simplifies our direction dramatically. also 4 million shares is fine with me. If we can prove up some meaningful results ie 500,000 plus ounces and keep our dilution below 70 million shares we will all be very well rewarded. Between CGE and FMG...there is a significant ore body and we have not yet done any deeper drilling. Give it another 1-2 years and someone will be on our doorstep...JMHO.
