Sure would be nice to have that $79 million right about now....they could scale back production for ~ -6 months until the price of silver has reached more reasonably profitable levels, consider picking off or taking large positions in a few of the juniors which are presently dirt cheap, and consider a share buyback at these levels. We should sue that company for lost opportunity costs in addition to the principal amount due! Alternatively, demand that the monies be paid to us in silver bullion...that'd be ~ 4.15 million troy ounces at today's spot price.
