Hi all-

I am mostly out of Fancamp and only have a small portion remaining to unwind or I may hold on to see what transpire's, but likely the former.

As you know, I had a falling out with Peter years ago when I knew he lacked some serious business strategy and didn't actually know how to grow shareholder value and realized he was just stubborn and liked getting his paycheque.  I became increasinly worried when Champions shares became free-trading and he started dumping them on the open mark well below their actual value and had no plans to issue a special dividend or simply hold on to them and let Champion go to work.   I remember we hit a high of around .18 before they went freetrading and then slowly retraced and only recently did they start to climb back up.

In any case, as much as I railed against Peter for years, I also railed against the board and said where the hell is the oversight??  I am not surprised there are issues behind the scenes with the way Peter managed his business affairs. But i'm extremely suprised this special committee is taking this direction because it only proves what some of us suspected - they were complete idiots and entirely implicit of not holding the CEO of the company accountable.

All i can say is that I am quite serious about investigating a class action lawsuit.  I don't know how others feel, i'd be curious of any feedback.  On one had, i was finally happy Peter stepped down and we had a new CEO.  And then it bacame clear, there were some shady issues going on with Ashrwa at GTT and the way they tried to ram the SZM deal without an AGM.    So I lost complete resepcte and trust for the new leadership team, and I certainly do not want Peter running the company or even involved, because he should have been booted a long time ago or had the sense to step aside and let someone else take th reigns.

I had a sizable investement in Fancamp over the years and no doubt many of us were impacted by the board and Peter's actions.    I don't think anything is proven yet, and I wonder if the "special committee" will back down when they realize they are implicating the board in my view who should have been much more active and aware in excercising their fudiciary duties.

JMO.  Good luck all,

Eudai
