...yes , why wouldn't they have done that 2 years, 12 months or even 6 months ago?...perhaps increase the exposure of FNC prior to announcing the proposed 6:1 takeoffer if one was really concerned for FNC shareholders....wouldn't want to bring any extra attention/visibility  to FNC that might rise its CAPEX such that the 6:1 offer looks even more ridiculous..
